Meet the Founder

Stevland McKoy
Founder & Lead Facilitator

Stevland McKoy is a youth development professional with more than 20 years of experience serving young people throughout New York.Over the course of his career, he has worked as a coach, group leader, assistant director, program director, and senior program manager, supporting thousands of youth and families through after-school, sports, leadership development, and college access programs.A Bronx native, Stevland is passionate about helping young people discover their strengths, develop leadership skills, and build pathways toward future success.His work emphasizes youth voice, practical leadership development, workforce readiness, and creating opportunities for young people to take meaningful ownership of their communities and their growth.Through RAY, Stevland combines years of frontline experience with a commitment to helping organizations build stronger programs and stronger leaders.

Neyse Rodriguez
Facilitator

Neyse Rodriguez is a youth development professional with extensive experience leading after-school, summer camp, and enrichment programs serving children and adolescents throughout New York City.Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles supporting program operations, staff supervision, compliance, family engagement, and youth development initiatives. She has worked directly with young people in a variety of capacities, including facilitator, group leader, counselor, program supervisor, and program director.Neyse is passionate about creating positive environments where young people feel supported, respected, and empowered to grow. Her approach emphasizes relationship-building, youth engagement, and helping young people build confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of belonging.She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Mercy College and is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively connect with diverse youth and families.
